If you're not happy with your certificate for any reason, we'll give you a full refund within 60 days of purchase — no questions asked.
Taking the IQ test, seeing your score, and sharing a basic verification URL costs nothing and never requires a purchase. This policy applies only to the optional paid certificates.
Just reply to your receipt email within 60 days of purchase, or contact us with the email address you used to buy. We'll refund the full amount to your original payment method. You don't need to give a reason.
Refunds are processed through Stripe, the same company that handled your payment. Once we issue it, the amount typically returns to your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
We can't guarantee a refund after the 60-day window, but if something has genuinely gone wrong, still get in touch — we'd rather sort it out than leave you unhappy.
